There’s plenty to celebrate in this month’s newsletter as the year draws to a close and we look back over 2024.

Our Insight and Learning section is packed with news about how we have been working with partners to explore and address food insecurity in Devon. We reflect on the impact of Food for Thought, a project that sparked conversations between young people and food producers in North Devon – do take the time if you can to watch the excellent and thought-provoking short film that the young people made as part of this project. We also share updates from the Food Conversation and Food Insecurity Briefing that we have hosted over the past couple of months.

In our Grants section we have a special grantee spotlight which pays tribute to the amazing work being done by groups we have funded through our Small Grants. There’s another brief video to enjoy here! And with Giving Tuesday coming up next week we have information in the Giving section about what this global movement is all about, and the opportunity it presents to support your community.
