Renewable energy and land or property development firms often make charitable investments in the communities where they work through Community Benefit Funds.
In this case, Diptford Community Fund was set up with a contribution to the community as a result of the Coombeshead Solar Farm that was erected in the Totnes area of Devon in 2015.
The fund is managed and looked after by us at Devon Community Foundation. The Diptford Community Fund is currently closed for review. We aim to re-open for applications in May 2026. The fund will consider applications from the parish of Diptford, Devon and where appropriate extend to neighbouring parishes as follows:
