Does your organisation work to improve the mental health of children or young people in Devon?
Would you like to explore alternative methods of engagement with those who find statutory support inaccessible or inappropriate? Or perhaps you’d like to pilot something you already do with a different cohort?
Are you interested in devoting some time and energy to improving evaluation and learning skills, and reflecting on what your organisation’s experience tells us about what works, with whom?
Devon Community Foundation has funding from the Mohn Westlake Foundation for a programme looking at creative, community-based approaches to supporting children and young people’s mental health. We’re looking for up to four organisations ready to begin a year-long collaborative learning journey with us early in 2020. Grants of around £8000 will be available for a combination of extending practice or adapting current approaches, together with staff time for learning, sharing and building skills and understanding of the value of this work.
If you are interested in applying for this programme, please drop a one-liner to include your name and telephone number, to firstname.lastname@example.org by noon on 7 January and we’ll call you to discuss. This funding is in addition to our usual funding rounds, and therefore those with existing grants or live applications with us are still eligible to apply. Usual eligibility criteria apply.
