The Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is a tranquil, beautiful and relatively isolated landscape on the Devon and Somerset border.
The aim of the Blackdown Hills Countryside Fund is to provide a channel through which individuals, families, companies or charitable trusts can support the Blackdown Hills landscape; pooling donations for greater impact.
It is administered and looked after by Devon Community Foundation.
The fund covers activity that is based within the Blackdown Hills AONB.
Projects that support both local communities and the natural beauty of the area including those concerning nature, heritage and education.
