In July, thanks to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC), Devon Community Foundation (DCF) was able to launch two new grant schemes focusing on crime prevention and anti-social behaviour that included a focus on community recovery from Covid-19.
Both received high levels of interest, and the panel was eager to meet this week and respond – finding the most fitting candidates for over £90,000 of funding, some of which was collected from the sale of items recovered under the Police Property Act
DCF and the OPCC have since been delighted to be able to contact 25 successful Devon organisations with news of an award and that funding will cover a wide spectrum of work that includes:
